Christina Norris

Nutrition Coach

Certs: Precision Nutrition, Women’s Health Coach, CFL-1, and Crossfit Gymnastics.

Christina has a background in psychology, has worked as a birth doula, and is currently a Crossfit coach at Five Forks. Also, she was a cheerleader in college and a former gymnast for 10 years.

She has a passion for helping women achieve confidence through fitness and nutrition. She specializes in pre and post-natal nutrition and enjoys working with new moms, busy adults, and women who struggle with disordered eating.

Hannah Henegar

Exercise Specialist


Hannah has been passionate about fitness since 2015. She currently works as our exercise specialist where her role is developing the new weightlifting programs and new workout splits.
